RETURNS POLICY

In the event of withdrawal, follow the instructions provided in section “A”.

In the event of breakage, damage to packaging or malfunction, follow section “B”.

 

A.- If it is due to your own Withdrawal:

You have 14 calendar days to return the item from the moment you receive the package at your home.

We do not accept items that have been handled in a way other than that necessary to establish its nature, its characteristics or its working.

In the event that, for example, you would prefer another product, you must place a new order in our online store.

 How can I carry out a return?

If you want to return an item, follow these steps:

STEP 1: Complete the form

Complete the following return/withdrawal form: DOWNLOAD

Then send it to CALLE LEVANTE SN. POLIGONO INDUSTRIAL LOS VIENTOS- 46119- NAQUERA- VALENCIA. and print a copy to place in the package to be returned.

STEP 2: Prepare a new package

Once you have printed your return sheet, prepare a new package with the return sheet placed inside it. Please send us the items well protected by an additional external packaging, just as you received it at your address, to prevent potential damage during transportation.  Please do not stick any tag or tape to the item’s original box.

STEP 3: Send the package.

Send the package to the address stated on your return sheet.

STEP 4: Refund of the money.

Once we handle your refund, your full payment will be refunded, including the delivery costs, when you have used the least expensive ordinary delivery in a maximum of 14 calendar days. The money will be refunded using the same payment method you used when placing the order.

In the event that you wish to receive the same product or an alternative product, you must place a new order through our website, paying the delivery costs again.

Please bear in mind that if it is a return due to the guarantee, management, a decision to exchange and/or repair the product, this depends exclusively on the brand or manufacturer.  The waiting time will vary according to the management time of the technical service of each brand. The decision to exchange or repair the article will depend exclusively on the brand or manufacturer. Once we have received the response from the brand, we will inform you whether the guarantee has been accepted and, if so, the brand will agree to repair or replace the product.

 

B.- If you receive the wrong item, or it is damaged or defective, follow these steps:

STEP 1: Download and complete the following form: DOWNLOAD

Then send it to lemar@lemarleben.com along with a photo of the damaged product, save a copy to attach to the package.

STEP 2:

Wrong products:

– In the event that you have received the wrong product, LEMAR LEBEN GROUP, S.L. agrees to send you the correct product as soon as possible in exchange, in other words, our transport will deliver the correct product and will take the wrong product to return it to our warehouses.

– You have 30 calendar days to make the claim, sending the completed form along with a photograph of the wrong item.

Damaged or broken products:

– In the event that the goods have visible damage in the packaging, you must make a note on the agency’s delivery note and take a photograph of the defect before unpacking it to send to us.

In cases of breakage/damage of the product*, LEMAR LEBEN GROUP, SL. agrees to send another product that is in perfect condition.
